What does Hunch track?
Hunch tracks head posture signals during active sessions from supported AirPods or Beats motion, camera face tracking, or both in Combined mode. Completed sessions feed today's sessions and trends; Hunch Plus unlocks earlier dates.
Do I need AirPods or Beats?
No. Supported headphone motion is one tracking mode, and camera tracking can be used on supported devices when you allow camera access. If headphone motion is unavailable, Hunch shows that clearly.
Can Hunch use the camera instead?
Yes. Camera face tracking can help estimate posture when you choose to allow camera access. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not stored.
What are nudges?
Nudges are reminders that can use built-in sounds, notifications, and haptics depending on your settings and device. Hunch Plus unlocks custom sounds, custom notification copy, and advanced timing controls.
Does Hunch replace medical advice?
No. Hunch is an awareness and coaching tool. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent health conditions.
Will it work on iPad or Mac?
Hunch is launching on iPhone. iPad and Mac support is not part of the launch release, so availability and features may change before those versions ship.
What happens to my posture data?
Posture history stays on your device unless you enable Hunch Plus iCloud Sync, which uses your private iCloud account. Support feedback does not send raw posture data or camera frames.
Can I customise nudges?
Yes. Built-in nudge sounds, notifications, and haptics are configurable. Hunch Plus adds custom nudge sounds, custom notification messages, severity-aware nudging, break reminders, and other advanced controls.
What is Hunch Plus?
Hunch Plus unlocks historical sessions and trends, personalised insights, iCloud Sync, advanced nudge controls, custom nudge sounds and notification copy, tracking automation, and custom appearance options where available in the app.
