Contact Hunch
Email hello@hunching.now. Include your device model, app version, operating system version, a short description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots if safe to share.
In-app feedback
Where available, use the in-app feedback flow. It can include useful technical context such as app version, build number, platform, device model, and active screen so we can investigate faster.
Purchases
Use restore purchases in the app for entitlement issues. Apple manages billing, cancellations, subscription status, and refund processing for App Store purchases.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the privacy choices page or email us for access, correction, deletion, consent, or objection requests relating to personal information Hunch holds.
Security and safety
Report suspected vulnerabilities by email. Do not access, alter, or disclose other users' data. Hunch is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for urgent medical, safety, police, fire, or crisis assistance.
Accessibility
Email us if you need accessibility assistance or want to report an accessibility barrier in the app or website.
