Submit a request

Email hello@hunching.now with enough detail for us to understand and verify your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Choices you can control directly

• Change camera, motion, notification, microphone, and other permissions in system settings.
• Change Hunch settings, nudges, appearance, iCloud Sync, and app preferences in the app.
• Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account.
• Remove local or synced tracking history through available app controls, device controls, or by deleting the app. Device backups and Apple-managed records may have separate controls.

Information held by Hunch

For support records, feedback submissions, and other information sent to Hunch-controlled services, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or explain the information we hold. Include your Hunch support ID if it is available so we can locate the relevant records.

A verified deletion request covers matching feedback records and copies held by support providers. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, and operational requirements may require us to retain limited information or refuse part of a request; if so, we will explain the applicable restriction.

Website cookies

The launch website is designed without advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential hosting, security, and log processing may still occur. If non-essential cookies are added later, this page should be updated with the relevant controls.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email us first so we can investigate. You may also contact a privacy regulator that has jurisdiction over your concern.
