Privacy Choices

Submit a request

Email support@cgc.studio with enough detail for us to understand and verify your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Choices you can control directly

• Change camera, motion, notification, microphone, and other permissions in system settings.
• Change Hunch settings, nudges, appearance, iCloud Sync, and app preferences in the app.
• Basic Usage Counts and Diagnostics are off unless you choose Share and continue on the welcome screen or turn them on in Settings > Data & Privacy, under Analytics & Diagnostics.
• Turn Basic Usage Counts off in the same place to withdraw consent and stop collection without affecting app features.
• Turn Diagnostics off in the same place to withdraw consent, stop new reports and clear unsent reports. This does not affect app features or delete reports already received.
• Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account.
• Delete saved tracking history through Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Tracking History, using the available local or synced scope. Synced deletion requires iCloud to complete. Finish any active session first to include it in deletion. Deleting the app does not remove existing iCloud history. Preserved recovery copies, device backups and Apple-managed records have separate controls.

Information held by Hunch

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or explain information sent to Hunch-controlled services. Include the individual report reference shown after submitting feedback, if available, or contact us from the reply email you provided. We may ask for limited information to verify a request.

Diagnostic reports contain no persistent user or device identifier. We do not match these reports to support identities or email correspondence and may be unable to identify records relating to you. We can explain the data collected, retention and sharing controls without attempting to identify your individual reports.

Apple manages purchase records, refunds and subscriptions. Contact us if you need help with Hunch Plus access; describe the problem without sending your Apple password or full payment details. We do not maintain a third-party subscription profile for App Store versions.

A verified deletion request covers matching records we control and relevant provider copies. If an applicable legal obligation or permitted exception requires limited retention, we will explain the reason and scope. Deleting information held by Hunch does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancellation is available through your Apple Account.

Website cookies

The Hunch website is designed to work without advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential hosting, security and log processing may still occur.

If you have a privacy concern, email us first so we can investigate. You may also contact a privacy regulator that has jurisdiction over your concern.
